This home has a private secluded courtyard as well as a north facing terrace with a "million dollar view".  

The casa was decorated and furnished in desert southwest decor.

It was a non-smoking residence and pets were not allowed.

The living room has a 15 ft cathedral ceiling with huge floor to ceiling cathedral windows to embrace the 180° view of the surrounding desert and golf resort.

Each bedroom has direct access to the outside.

There was a complete media center in the living room (TV, surround sound stereo system, video player, DVD & CD players).  There was no cable or satelite service in the house.

The kitchen was complete with all appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher), dishes, utensils, etc.

A Laundry Room is just off the main hallway with a full size washer & dryer.

There is a detached 2-car garage with an automatic roll up door.

The Santa Fe Pool & Tennis Club (for the exclusive use by residents and guests of the Santa Fe neighborhood) is within walking distance and is the largest pool & tennis club at Rams Hill. 

• Included within the facility are two tennis courts, Olympic size swimming pool, separate lap pool, and a full size group spa whirlpool, showers and restrooms. 

• The large cabana building offers complete facilities (showers & restrooms),  gas barbecues and tiled serving counters.

Borrego Springs is accessible by car, bus, or private plane.  There is a state of the art light controlled county airport located just minutes away in the town of Borrego Springs.
