Professional HOA Consultants, Inc. is the property manager for your homeowners association.  Our management team specializes in financial management and planning.  We are responsible for effectively and efficiently running the day-to-day operations of your homeowners association. 

As you may know, your elected Board of Directors are all volunteers.  They are Homeowners who give of their time and talents to oversee the many issues involved in running a homeowners association.  Since most board members have full-time jobs and/or other commitments they are not available on a full-time basis. Professional HOA Consultants, Inc. acts as a liaison between you and your elected Board of Directors.

Our office is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to answer any questions you may have regarding your account, to report general maintenance repairs, or clarify the contents of this package.

Issues we do not have the authority to resolve and must be addressed by your Board of Directors, include, but are not limited to, approval for architectural change requests, reporting violations, disputing of violations or fines.  These issues must be addressed by written correspondence to our office.

The Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis and these meetings are open to all homeowners and tenants.  If you would like to attend a meeting, please contact our office at (760) 767-1158 for the date, time and location.

Our office can also be reached after hours for EMERGENCY SITUATIONS ONLY.  In the case of an emergency, please clearly state the nature of your emergency, as well as your name, telephone number, and which association you are calling from.  We will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible.  (If this is a life threatening emergency please call 911.)
