To prevent damages to the common area and encourage contractor compliance with the Architectural Rules & Regulations, violations may result in fines of $100.00 per occurrence that will be levied against the Owner of the unit who is having the work done. These fines if levied will be deducted from the $500.00 damage deposit collected with the Architectural Application Form.

Violations will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Contractors using blue Homeowner shopping carts.

• Working outside of approved construction days/hours.

• Lack of clean up at the end of each day. Hallway, elevator, stairway or other

• common areas used by Contractor.

• Illegal parking in garage.

• Construction debris thrown down trash chutes or put in dumpsters.

• Unapproved water shutdowns.

• Failure to return common area keys checked out from Lobby.
