The Marina Park
Condominiums, located in the Marina Park "village" of San Diego, is
one of the earliest downtown condo projects. Built in the 1980's
it was a true pioneer development before downtown became a popular
destination once again. Click

Marina Park Condos
occupies two city blocks, and is bordered by State St to the east, G St to
the south, E St pedestrian walkway to the north, and to the west
Pantoja Plaza Park,
the oldest city park in San Diego. Set among lush gardens and
water fountains, you can actually stroll for 2 city blocks within
Marina Park without ever stepping foot onto a city sidewalk.
Marina Park is just blocks away from
the many activities available in downtown San Diego. Seaport
Village, Horton Plaza, & the Gaslamp are just minutes away, as are the
Civic Theatre and Symphony Hall. The nearby waterfront embarcadero
stretches for miles around San Diego Harbor. The Martin Luther
King Promenade, another great place for walking, jogging and bicycling,
extends all the way from the corner of Market & Columbia to beyond Petco
Ball Park in East Village. |
